01Contact support

Email is the fastest way to reach a person. Write from the address on your Ad Radar account, and tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. For a connection problem, say which assistant you use (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT or another MCP client).

02Claude and ChatGPT connections

The MCP server address is https://app.ad-radar.dev/api/mcp. Setup steps are on the MCP server page for Claude and on Ad Radar in ChatGPT for ChatGPT.

  • The assistant asks you to sign in again. The connection was revoked or expired. Reconnect from the assistant's connector settings and approve again. An active Ad Radar plan is required.
  • Sign-in finishes but no tools appear. Remove the connection in the assistant, revoke it in Ad Radar under Settings → API, then add it again and start a new chat.
  • A search comes back empty. Ask the assistant to call list_taxonomy first, so it filters with the exact tag values, then search again.
  • A message says you reached a limit. Each plan has usage limits on the ad records returned through the API and the MCP server. The message says which limit you reached; daily limits apply to each person, as described in the Terms.
  • Another MCP client. Create a personal token in Settings → API and send it as a Bearer token to the same address.
  • Disconnecting. Revoke the connection in Settings → API. What the server receives from an assistant is described in the Privacy Policy.

03Plans and billing

Membership is $49 every 4 weeks at the launch price (list $99) and Agency is $199 every 4 weeks; both include the MCP server. Manage or cancel your plan in the app under Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The full rules are in the Terms.

04Chrome extension

Install the Ad Radar extension from the Chrome Web Store and connect it to your account. It adds a Save button to ads in the Meta Ad Library. If the button doesn't show, reload the Ad Library page; if saving fails, disconnect and reconnect the extension, then email us if it still fails.

05Data and privacy requests

To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email info@ad-radar.dev from the address on your account. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
